Leah Lewin
Co-CEOLeah’s background as a perinatal specialist, educator, PhD mentor, speaker and writer informs her work as Co-CEO of White Ribbon Alliance UK, with a particular focus on intergenerational perinatal trauma resulting from racism, culture and stigma. She is dedicated to addressing reproductive injustice and racial disparities by taking meaningful action and creating pathways for positive change, with a strong emphasis on equity.
Co-CEOJulie Boddy
Julie is passionate about driving social impact, bringing her background in change management and digital transformation to her role as Co-CEO of White Ribbon Alliance UK. She has successfully delivered complex programmes within both the private and charity sectors, leading project management, strategic direction, and operational oversight. Julie is a committed advocate for anti-racism, disability rights, and reproductive justice.
Bayan Bazzazeh
Project CoordinatorBayan is passionate about advancing gender justice and reproductive rights, bringing extensive experience in advocacy, programme coordination, and partnership development across humanitarian and development sector to her role as Project Coordinator at White Ribbon Alliance UK. She has supported emergency response programmes with Oxfam GB and other charities and organisations in Syria and worked with several grassroots feminist initiatives. Bayan is committed to gender equality, anti-racism, feminist leadership, and community-led, rights-based social change.
Implementation & Delivery CoordinatorSarah Yung
Drawing on her background in community organising and reproductive justice advocacy, Sarah believes that true change comes from the ground up – a principle she brings to her role as Delivery and Implementation Coordinator at White Ribbon Alliance UK. She has contributed to impactful campaigns and initiatives that amplify community voices and lived experiences, with expertise in developing partnerships, coordinating programmes, and transforming collective action into meaningful change.
